INGREDIENTS
- 7g mustard
- 30g neutral oil
- 4g lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- 0.5g salt
- 2g honey
INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Lettuce
Detach leaves from stem. -
Make Dressing
In a shaker bottle or jar, combine dressing ingredients of your choice. Shake vigorously until emulsified. -
Toss and Serve
Combine lettuce with dressing in a large bowl. Toss gently. Optional: Add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, or other vegetables.
